Responsibilities

• Direct communication with client stakeholders and internal team(s)
• Developing and maintaining client relationships and team dynamics
• Build and manage close relationships with multiple clients
• Focused on creating value for clients, coordinate work between different teams
• Engage with stakeholders to identify and explore improvement and growth areas
• Identifying customer needs and overseeing delivery within the business context
• Lead definition of scope and objectives for new and requested projects
• Involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
• Manage changes to project scope, schedule, and costs
• Effectively manage, document, and communicate project risk
• Take an active role in project and iteration planning
• Resource planning
• Recognizing and suggesting a delivery team(s) structure
• Responsible for Resource allocation and billability
• Team performance follow-ups
• Lead & Assist the scheduling of daily/sprint activities of team members
• Leading the service delivery team, managing conflict, and ensuring the team's processes and tasks are carried out efficiently
• Managing the service delivery schedules with very high quality and standards
• Advising and coaching team members
• Apply the most appropriate Agile and Lean tools and techniques
• Ensure on time and accurate delivery of all milestones and deliverables
• Tracking, and reporting project status
• Managing finances and budgets
• Optimizing contracts and SOW definitions
• Manage project documentation, agreements, and contracts

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in IT service delivery, service management, or a related field
• Experience in relevant industry, such as healthcare, finance, HR systems, etc...
• Proven experience in team management, including performance management, mentoring, resource planning, allocation, and ensuring team billability
• Ability to identify and implement process improvements and optimize delivery team structure
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Commitment to maintaining high standards in service delivery and project execution
• Ability to drive strategic direction and initiatives
• Strong decision-making skills
