.NET Technical Lead

We're hiring software development engineers to join our team and work on customer-facing solutions, developing features, improving software quality, and evolving our software codebases.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of .NET developers, including task allocation, capacity planning, and performance evaluations
• Set the technical direction of .NET projects and ensure quality of technical deliverables
• Oversee the technical aspects of the team, ensuring appropriate architectural and design decisions
• Design and implement scalable solution architecture and software solutions
• Establish and enforce coding standards, best practices, and development methodologies
• Conduct regular code reviews and ensure overall code quality
• Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to define technical requirements
• Identify, assess, and mitigate technical risks in projects
• Mentor and coach team members to enhance their technical skills
• Participate in hiring and onboarding of new team members
• Communicate project status, technical challenges, and solutions to management and stakeholders
• Stay informed about emerging technologies and industry trends to guide technical decisions
• In collaboration with Service Delivery Manager, manage resource allocation and project timelines

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in .NET development, including team leadership
• Expert-level proficiency in C#, .NET ecosystem, and software architecture
• Strong knowledge of cloud services, DevOps practices, and production operations
• Excellent leadership, mentoring, and communication skills
• Experience with project management, risk assessment, and resource allocation
• Proficiency in maintaining code quality standards and guiding technical decisions
